Palm House your wedding venue on Camano Island, Wa located about an hour north of Seattle. We’ll make sure the special day you’ve envisioned becomes a reality. WHAT WE OFFER
OPTIONAL: END OF NIGHT CLEAN UP FEE $500
What a party! Once your event is over you will want to kick your feet up and jet off to your honeymoon… not fuss with cleaning up from your event! We offer end of night clean up! If you would like hire us to do your dirtywork. At the end of the night simply grab your personal items and jet off into sunset, we will take care of the rest!
BARTENDER
Pop…fizz, clank! You will need to hire a licensed bartender for your special day. You are welcome to hire your own or if it makes it easier… We offer licensed bartenders through us! You simply bring your bubbles & brews and we will have a bartender here ready for your day. Cheers

RENTAL PACKAGES
We want your special day or event to be perfect. We like to make it stress free and fun all around.
Our packages inlcude:We can host up to 50 special guests.
You get 12 hours on site. 10 am- 10pmMusic must be off by 10 pm.
Clean up must be done by 10:30 pm
You have acces to the bridal cabana and grooms room all day during your rental period.
We have a catering set up area, you can use whichever caterer you like they just must be self contained. Enjoy the beautiful bar set up, pops some champs and enjoy!

Palm house provides the perfect outdoor space for your intimate wedding or event! When you arrive on your special day the space will be beautiful and ready for your personal touches.
We can host up to 50 guests, an intimate gathering with wonderful memories!
We provide 10 white round tables.

Wedding Information: Our wedding prices include:
1 hour wedding rehearsal on Thursday before event.
Wedding rental time: 12 hours on site day of wedding 10 am to 10 pm
All cleaning must be done and facility cleared by 10:30.
Music must be off by 10 pm
You can place all trash in the bins we provide. Or you can hire us as end of night clean up to make it super simply on you
Additional hours to rent: $350/hour
Rehearsal times… Thursday Evening
Friday weddings: 5-6 pm
Saturday weddings: 6-7 pm
Sunday weddings: 7-8 pm
We provide the sound system.
You can bring in any caterer or food truck you would like, everyone loves choices! But they must be self contained, there is no kitchen on site to prep food.
You will need to get a banquet permit prior to event.
You will need a licensed bartender.. we only allow beer, wine and champagne. (No hard alcohol) but hey everyone loves champs and beer! Or you can hire us as a bartender.
You will need to get a day of insurance policy through wedding wire.
A non refundable deposit of 50% is due at time of booking and the remainder will be collected 30 days prior to event.
All prices subject to sales tax.
